Some of the Hospital claims they are JCI Accredited and majority of Hospital are NABH Accredited. What is the difference both.
NABH is originated from the Quality Council of India and is an Indian product. The hospitals which are certified by National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) are called NABH accredited hospitals. JCI is the international arm of the American Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards. The hospitals certified by Joint Commission International (JCI) are termed as JCI accredited Hospitals. Both are categorized into patient and administrative sections of healthcare.
